Description
Role Purpose: The role holder is responsible for developing, implementing, executing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote EMAAR Entertainment attractions across UAE, KSA and Bahrain. This includes enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for collaborating with the Brand Groups, Digital Marketing team, Sales, Customer Care, external agencies, vendors, and other relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives across Emaar Entertainment’s attractions, aligned with Emaar’s business goals. Key Responsibilities: Executes local and international digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Emaar Entertainment’s long-term brand objectives and strategic goals. Develops and implements tactical marketing plans that support brand positioning and contribute to achieving brand objectives, enhancing overall market presence. Identifies trends and insights to optimize spending and performance. Ensures consistency and quality across all brand communications by adhering to established standards and guidelines, achieving clear and effective messaging. Coordinates the execution of marketing and event communications, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful implementation. Plan, execute, and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing Assists the team in managing and monitoring marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. Contributes to the creation and distribution of diverse marketing programs, including web content, newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, flyers, referral programs, and signage. Supports the team in executing marketing campaigns by conducting research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy. Analyzes and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Utilizes analytics tools to track and measure KPIs and ROI and adjusts strategies based on data insights to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives Maintains a deep understanding of the organization’s communication goals and work diligently to meet these objectives through tailored marketing initiatives. Stays updated on the latest marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Communicates detailed briefs to agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and the successful execution of campaigns. Liaises with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations of marketing activities and events, monitoring their performance to meet quality standards.
