We are currently seeking a superstar Digital Trade Assistant to thrive within our Commercial team. The Digital Trading Assistant will be primarily responsible for analytics, reporting, and supporting strategic insights and initiatives. You will closely assist the Digital Trading Manager in defining the long-term strategy and managing day-to-day ad hoc requests to support business goals. Responsibilities Assist in managing the distribution and creation of analyses to track and communicate performance for critical business decisions. Monitor macro trends impacting the business daily. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets and budgets. Collaborate with Digital Trading and Merchandising teams to improve assortment using data-driven decisions. Organize and run weekly trade meetings, sharing insights and planning future actions. Provide analytics and input for new strategic initiatives. Work cross-functionally to automate reports and develop business requirements for alerts and automation. Develop and present performance and revenue opportunity reports. Coordinate with teams across the company to execute the business plan. Report on KPIs regularly. Identify website improvement areas with the user experience team. Experience in e Commerce or retail with digital capabilities is advantageous. Skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation. Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multicultural environments. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels. Analytical skills to interpret and explain data.
