Operations Supervisor - UAE National Only, DXB5

Description To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network. Responsibilities Support the overall, daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager as needed. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet or exceed operational KPIs. Monitor performance, coach staff, and collaborate with supporting departments to improve logistics processes. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and enhance quality. Interview candidates for associate roles. Manage workload and monitor administrative tasks, workflows, and daily metrics. Assist with training and mentoring new associates. Follow-up on and resolve process-related issues. Perform physical activities such as pushing carts (up to 100 pounds) and lifting packages (up to 15 kg). Work flexible shifts and overtime as needed. Sufficiently resource the department through training, absence management, and performance monitoring. Basic Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations and logistics. Preferred Qualifications Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
