The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, particularly in the secondary market. You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, focusing on ready and secondary market listings. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying and selling resale (ready) properties in Dubai. Build and maintain a database of property listings and client contacts. Conduct property viewings with clients. Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently. Provide professional advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Keep up to date with the Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and legal updates. Requirements: Must be based in the UAE . Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in resale/secondary market. Strong understanding of Dubai’s property laws and procedures. Proven sales and negotiation skills.
