Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue and profit targets within assigned territory by fostering strong relationships with key customers. Implement MMIs On Trade strategic initiatives, ensuring key brand distribution, volume, and activation targets are consistently achieved. Utilize and update the CRM system to maximize business opportunities and meet pre-agreed account objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with category managers across spirits, wine, and beer teams to ensure timely implementation of activations and promotions. Required Qualifications And Experience: 2-3 years of wine selling experience and 3 years in Key Account Management. Demonstrated analytical thinking with a proven track record in strategic planning and strong commercial acumen. WSET Level 2 or an equivalent globally recognized level of training in wines and spirits. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills. A valid driving license. Preferred Skills And Experience: In-depth knowledge and understanding of wines and spirits, essential for maximizing MMIs share in key outlets and product lists.
