Responsibilities include: Model design concepts using 3D software Create layout and installation drawings with Auto CAD Produce detailed fabrication drawings Prepare ECNs, bills of material, and assembly drawings Create sketches, views, or reports for technical documents Assess designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, high quality, and manufacturability Determine appropriate manufacturing technologies based on industry best practices Identify development opportunities and support manufacturing and quality issues Formulate specifications and procedures for manufacturing, inspection, and assembly Provide technical support to quality, manufacturing, and sales teams Participate in investigations, resolution, and documentation of quality cases Travel and provide field support for installations, modifications, or quality investigations Interface with vendors and provide technical support Participate in safety meetings and promote safety awareness The role requires adherence to company policies, decision-making within scope of work, and accountability for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work. The employee should support organizational QHSE objectives and may be assigned additional duties.
