Job Summary As the Sales Manager for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai , you will drive revenue growth and brand visibility, focusing on attracting high-net-worth individuals, families, and luxury travel groups from the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and implementing tailored sales strategies to increase bookings and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Focus on expanding leisure market share by targeting affluent travelers, holiday packages, exclusive offers, and seasonal promotions. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute leisure-focused sales strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning and create promotional campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel consultants, and VIP clients, ensuring personalized experiences and repeat business. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies based on market trends. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on travel trends, emerging destinations, and monitor competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on promotional content and with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in sales/business development within luxury hospitality and leisure segments. Proven success in revenue growth and meeting sales targets, with knowledge of UK/Ireland market dynamics. Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and market analysis abilities. Leadership and collaboration skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Certifications are an advantage. Technical Proficiency Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about luxury hospitality. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
