Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Valet Operations Manager to lead and oversee all valet parking services within the company. This role demands a proactive leader dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. Responsibilities: - Manage daily valet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. - Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. - Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and security throughout the valet process. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness. - Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs and equipment maintenance. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to valet operations. - - Proven experience in valet services or parking operations management, preferably within the hospitality industry or 5-star hotels. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. - Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume periods efficiently. - Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with safety and security protocols relevant to vehicle handling. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Fluency in English and able to speak in Arabic. - Customer service oriented with a keen eye for detail and quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
