Senior Field Service Engineer

Dubai Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance and perform repairs on equipment as needed. Manage a team of Field Service Engineers. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and documentation in CRM. Carry out installations in conjunction with the Sales Department. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue service contract opportunities. Overall responsibility for solidifying the value proposition of Anton Paar to the customers Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the related field Degree in a relevant field Electronics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline Proven track record and ability to work in the fields of laboratory and instruments or scientific equipment. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools is of advantage Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
