The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service to high-profile guests. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The Yacht Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring guest comfort, maintaining the yacht's cleanliness, and supporting vessel operations. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Provide 5-star service, anticipating guests' needs and preferences Serve meals and beverages with elegance Assist in planning and organizing guest activities and events Handle guest requests promptly Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization Perform daily cleaning of guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters Conduct regular inspections for pristine condition Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies, including toiletries and beverages Assist in provisioning and stocking the yacht Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and participate in drills Maintain confidentiality regarding guests’ privacy Qualifications: Proven experience as a stewardess or in a similar luxury hospitality role Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Basic food and beverage service knowledge, including bartending skills STCW certification is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, General Business, and Education Industries Wireless Services, Telecommunications, and Communications Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
