The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and experience in all streams of service management, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Responsibilities include: Facilitating the improvement of IT services through development and implementation of service improvement plans. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project changes. Providing administrative support and undertaking project tasks as required. Serving as the primary point of contact for various working groups. Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships between service owners and the business, based on understanding customer needs and business drivers. Identifying changes in the business environment and technology trends that could impact services. Establishing and articulating business requirements for new or changed services. Mediating conflicting requirements from different business units. Ensuring current and future service level requirements are identified, understood, and documented in SLAs and SLRs. Negotiating and documenting levels of service with customers, including SLAs and OLAs. Assisting with the production and maintenance of service portfolios, catalogs, and application portfolios. Ensuring targets in underpinning contracts align with SLA and SLR targets. Producing service reports, highlighting SLA breaches, and taking corrective actions. Scheduling, conducting, and documenting service performance reviews, and acting on improvement initiatives. Reviewing service scope, SLAs, OLAs, and other agreements regularly. Assessing the impact of changes on service levels and participating in CAB meetings if appropriate. Identifying key stakeholders for SLR, SLA, and OLA negotiations.
