Job Description The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department will recruit ambitious administrative staff at Communication and Documentation Section of the Government Support and Legal Services Directorate to enable the Department to manage the reception and communication and provide customers with distinguished services in a manner that sustainably enhances customers happiness.Key duties and responsibilities: To fulfill all procedures relevant to reception and coordination works that include daily work organisation. To answer and transfer incoming phone calls. To receive and resolve complaints and comments within their jurisdiction or coordinate with the relevant employees to resolve the same. To receive, document, save and follow-up correspondence received by the reception. To provide support in administrative works according to the Line Manager instructions. To fulfill any other duties assigned to them by the Line Manager or the Director of Directorate. Qualifications High School degree or Diploma in Management. 1-2 years of experience in customer service. The ability to work as one team and deal with workload. Computer literacy. Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
