Description
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the available social media marketing tools. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of handling various social media platforms and knowledge to optimize content for maximum engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Set up and optimize company pages on each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing brand or organizational social media accounts. Knowledge of social media algorithms and ability to recommend creative ideas. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce captivating and convincing social media content. Strong organizational and time management skills. Skilled in utilizing social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social. #J-18808-Ljbffr
