Sales Channel Development Manager - Africa (Remote or Dubai-Based) Are you an experienced partner hunter with a proven track record of building reseller networks in Africa? Join Lion and help us grow a value-added reseller partner base for our remanufactured print solutions — with real impact, clear targets, and unlimited growth. About Us: Lion is a leading international supplier of remanufactured toner cartridges and print solutions. We help our partners deliver outstanding value to their customers, with a strong focus on quality, service, and sustainable printing solutions. Your Objective: You will establish and grow a value-added reseller (VAR) network across Africa, meeting ambitious targets for new partner acquisitions, maintaining a healthy sales funnel, and delivering consistent outreach and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Partner Acquisition: Onboard a minimum of 2 new reseller partners each month. Pipeline Development: Maintain an active funnel of at least 50 reseller prospects at all times, contacting 15 new potential resellers every week. CRM Reporting: Log all outreach, follow-ups, and partner status updates daily in our CRM. Generate daily reports summarizing funnel status and partner progress. Performance Review: Conduct weekly reviews of funnel health and conversion rates, fine-tuning outreach strategies to hit monthly targets. Your Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 4+ years of experience in channel sales (ITC), partner management, or business development in Africa Proven ability to build and manage a partner network Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficient with CRM tools and disciplined daily reporting Self-driven and results-oriented — thrives on meeting ambitious goals independently Why Join Lion?
