About The Role We are seeking a Director with 7 to 10 years of experience for our Middle East Strategic Communications practice based in the UAE. As a capital markets expert, you will collaborate with our global network on major projects involving publicly listed and private companies worldwide. Your responsibilities include equity story development, financial communications, IPOs, restructurings, M&A transactions, crisis management, media relations, ESG, stewardship, governance issues, and industry research. Our team aims to shape client narratives and influence how major corporate news reaches capital market audiences, including investors, financial media, and analysts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be results-oriented, and eager to learn and adopt new approaches to strategic communications in a global consulting environment. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor influencing client strategies in financial and transaction communications and investor relations. Develop client strategies to create competitive advantages amid changing markets. Understand key business drivers and tailor communications accordingly. Create complex financial communications programs. Present recommendations based on analytics, research, and strategic thinking. Collaborate with senior management and other divisions to address client needs. Devise strategies for corporate and financial communications, investor relations, and media engagement. Drive new business initiatives and prepare proposals. Supervise and coach junior staff. Contribute strategically to internal and client meetings. Stay informed on industry trends and participate in networking events. What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications University degree or higher. 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial communications, investor relations, or related fields, preferably in consultancy. Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets. Knowledge of buy-side and sell-side analysts and business media. Ability to translate complex concepts into effective communication; strategic and creative thinking. Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or in a team. Desire for continuous learning and growth.
