This position focuses on demand forecasting, sales trend analysis, and inventory management to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels across our distribution network Demand Planning Forecast customer demand across product categories using historical data and market trends Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather forecast inputs Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models as needed to reflect changing demand Assist in new product launch planning and promotional forecasting Inventory Analysis Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales targets and avoid overstocking/stockouts Analyze inventory turnover, aging stock, and product shelf life Develop and maintain inventory KPIs and dashboards Coordinate with warehouses to reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure data accuracy Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in demand planning & Analyst preferably in FMCG in UAE Market Strong knowledge of forecasting methods and inventory analysis Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD, Microsoft Dynamics) Advance Excel Knowledge Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills Experience in the UAE/GCC region is a Must Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
