Job Overview: As the Business Head, you will lead the growth and development of key business strategies, ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and industry trends to drive the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy Develop and execute the agency's business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, setting revenue targets, and optimizing operational processes. Drive new business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients to expand the agency's portfolio. Develop the vertical with both the team and clients across the UAE to drive business growth. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, creative directors, and digital specialists to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives. Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for business-related matters and ensuring satisfaction and retention. Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Campaign Management & Performance Optimization Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaign concepts that align with client goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations for performance optimization. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing innovative solutions to clients. Manage the agency’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads. Requirements: Open to any nationality Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in Marketing and Advertising Industry Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding revenue targets Post-graduate degree, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or in any related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data Strong business acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
