· Application portfolio and associated projects management. · Oversight and management of the IT Application team to deliver IT services. · Testing scripts/sessions management. · User Acceptance Testing. · Monitoring and improvement of business processes. · SLA management of key business applications and systems. · API and integrations process. · Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycles. · System design, development, implementation, and user support principles. · Project management principles. · Application maintenance outsourcing & software contract agreements. · Overseeing upgrades for application servers, hardware, and software.
