Job Overview The Operational Manager is the central engine behind the smooth functioning of the Creative and Video team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently. You will oversee the intake and flow of creative and video projects, manage resources and timelines, and ensure seamless delivery. Prior experience in creative, video, and livestream operations is essential. The role also requires close collaboration with teams across marketing, PR, social, and copy to ensure cohesive and timely execution of creative deliverables. Job Responsibilities Manage the intake and organization of creative and video requests, ensuring clarity and timely follow-through Allocate projects based on team capacity, skillsets, and business priorities Maintain schedules, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder communication from start to finish Oversee timelines and delivery, identifying potential risks and ensuring on-time execution Coordinate freelance and vendor support as needed, maintaining a strong external talent pool Maintain and improve operational tools, templates, and workflows for greater efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social, PR, and copy teams to align on broader goals and timelines Support strategic planning to ensure projects align with business objectives and campaign strategies with the Brand design Lead.
