Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Cabin Services Assistants role at Emirates Job Purpose To organise, hygienically clean, and personalise the A380 Shower Spas with the objective of ensuring each First Class customer who uses this unique onboard feature is delighted by the experience.The CSA will report to the Purser, or the SFS, if the Purser is on crew rest or otherwise unavailable.This role involves cleaning designated aircraft areas and does not replace or overlap with normal Cabin Crew service duties.The primary responsibility is Shower Spa cleanliness and personalisation; however, maintenance of First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories, First and Business Class Lounges, and general cabin areas is also part of this role, all aimed at projecting a positive company image to our customers.Qualifications Experience: 10 years schooling or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider.Experience in the Hospitality Industry within housekeeping is an advantage.Knowledge/Skills Must be fluent in written and spoken English.In-Flight Service/In-flight Administration: 1+ Year.Salary & Benefits Join us in Dubai to enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits, including discounts on flights and hotel stays worldwide.
