Stay updated with automotive trends and the latest repair techniques for different vehicles. Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality services and meet client deadlines. Offer proactive maintenance tips to customers to help prolong vehicle lifespan and performance. Manage inventory of tools and parts, ensuring availability and proper functioning. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Certification from a vocational school or completion of a mechanic course is preferred. Proven experience as an automotive mechanic with hands-on expertise in vehicle repairs. Detailed knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, fuel, and engine diagnostics. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the capacity to explain technical details simply. Physical strength and stamina, coupled with excellent hand-eye coordination. Valid automotive mechanic certifications such as ASE are a strong advantage.
