Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers to understand their repair needs, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Maintaining a strong understanding of mobile device technology, operating systems (Android, i OS, etc.), and repair techniques. Part Replacement and Installation: Replacing defective parts, such as screens, charging ports, and batteries, and installing new software or updates.
