Multilingual Recruiter - Fintech & Tech Distribution We are seeking six experienced recruiters , either in-house or freelance, each with native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French . These roles require recruiters with a strong background in hiring for electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors , and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across international markets. Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top talent within a multicultural and multilingual context. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned regions and language markets. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted job descriptions and sourcing strategies. Source candidates through diverse channels, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and language-specific platforms. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical capabilities and cultural fit. Ensure a professional and culturally aware candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Facilitate interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding support. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports. Stay up-to-date on market trends, local talent pools, and hiring practices relevant to your language region. Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring teams to share insights and streamline recruitment processes. Desired Candidate Profile Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French . Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory. Proven recruitment experience in electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors . Experience recruiting across diverse geographies and cultural contexts. Strong sourcing skills using modern tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche job boards). Highly organized with excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently, whether remotely or in-house, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
