The finance team plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting global operations, and delivering insightful reporting to senior management. Job Description Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and internal policies Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity and financial planning Perform cross-country consolidation of financial statements for accurate multi-jurisdictional reporting Monitor and manage intercompany transactions, ensuring proper reconciliations and balanced reporting Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and timely resolution of audit queries Oversee and ensure accurate VAT return filings in accordance with UAE regulations Maintain strong relationships with banks, managing facilities and ensuring documentation accuracy Supervise and mentor a junior finance team, driving development and accountability The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role Professional qualification CA is highly preferred Prior UAE experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial controls Proficiency in financial software such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Proven leadership experience and a track record of managing junior finance staff What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Key leadership opportunity within a global finance team Exposure to cross-border financial operations and group-level reporting Fast-paced, collaborative working environment with strong career growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
