Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and technical Architect to lead design development and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, technical proficiency in building systems, and experience managing projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Design Development ✓Lead conceptual design and schematic development ✓Develop space planning solutions that meet client requirements ✓Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations 2. Technical Documentation ✓Produce construction drawings (plans, elevations, details) ✓Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design integration ✓Prepare tender documents and specifications ✓Review shop drawings and material submittals 3. Project Management ✓Manage project timelines and deliverables ✓Conduct site visits and inspections ✓Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants ✓Resolve design and construction issues 4. Software & Innovation ✓Stay updated on sustainable design practices ✓Implement new materials and technologies Qualifications & Skills: 1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) Professional licensure/registration (e.g., ARE, RIBA) preferred Certification in BIM/Revit (advantageous) 2. Professional Experience: 5+ years post-qualification experience Experience in ( residential/commercial/hospitality) 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in: •Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design) •3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray) Knowledge of: •Local building codes and regulations 4.
