As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling presales and post-sales queries. Ensure client issues are resolved while adhering to the company s protocols and standards. Track key account metrics and optimize efficiency in account management. Create solutions tailored to customer requirements and advise on best practices. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management role. Demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and deliver client-focused solutions. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding designated sales quotas. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills paired with a strategic mindset. Solid experience in preparing and reviewing detailed sales proposals and contracts. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
