QA/QC Inspectors

Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Carry out all Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) with the consultant and obtain approval. Monitor construction activities for compliance with project quality plans, IFC & shop drawings, and specifications. Attend Site Quality Walks with the consultant to ensure work is executed as per the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project specifications. Conduct joint inspections with the consultant for material delivery as per approved material submittals, standards, and project specifications. Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation on a daily and weekly basis. Responsible for Material Inspection Reports (MIR), MIR Log Sheets, and follow-up actions. Prepare Site Observation Reports (SOR), SOR Log Sheets, and follow-up actions. Prepare Non-Confirmative Reports (NCR), NCR Log Sheets, and follow-up actions. Check dimensions of activities against approved shop drawings. Review ITPs and monitor daily field operations to ensure compliance with project and design drawings, as well as quality plans. Arrange for approved third-party testing as per specifications and consultant requirements, and monitor testing and reports. Coordinate between Civil and MEP departments for relevant clearances and follow up with subcontractors to ensure inspections are covered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
