For our Abu Dhabi office we are looking for a: CAD Designer The resource must have practical experience in: Road layout drafting (urban/rural/industrial) Infrastructure and utility drafting (water, sewage, drainage, street lighting, etc.) GIS-based mapping and analysis The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of CAD tools (Auto CAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, etc.), GIS platforms (Arc GIS, QGIS), and relevant design codes and standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for road and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with civil engineers and planners to develop efficient layouts. Integrate GIS data into infrastructure planning and design. Conduct site layout planning, grading, and utility coordination. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawing records and revisions. Requirements: Preferred Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software and Revit / Navisworks is an advantage. Experience with transportation/infrastructure projects. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. 5 years of demonstrable experience as an Auto CAD drafter. Preferred: Familiarity with government and municipal infrastructure standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and topographic maps. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts Certification in Auto CAD drafting or related certifications.
