TPI Coordinator - MEA
Description
We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in a coordination-focused role within the MEA region. If you're experienced in managing third-party inspections and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, this could be a great fit. Role Focus The position involves handling Third Party Inspection (TPI) coordination across multiple clients and projects, ensuring seamless communication and support between agencies, inspectors, and end-users. Key Responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for inspection coordination between clients, agencies, and inspectors Review and assign inspection requests based on scope, location, and inspector availability Coordinate and confirm inspector assignments, availability, and mobilization Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for client enquiries Monitor ongoing inspection activities and ensure timely report submissions Communicate daily with clients and inspectors to address scope clarifications, document requirements, and status updates Maintain inspector records, certifications, and agency approvals Build and manage relationships with approved inspectors and agencies to ensure regional coverage Follow up on job closures, timesheets, and billing support documentation Familiarity with EPC companies and end-users in the MEA region is an advantage Strong multitasking, communication, and networking abilities are essential Ideal Background Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong command of MS Office and ERP tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field Familiarity with inspection workflows and agency coordination Preference for candidates with existing networks across the MEA region #J-18808-Ljbffr
