An established, semi-government organisation in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end executive hiring, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Partner with leadership and internal teams on talent strategy and employer branding. Develop a high-touch approach for stakeholder engagement across multiple verticals. Ensure best practices in executive search, market mapping, and talent pipelining. Negotiate offers and ensure seamless candidate onboarding. Qualifications: Proven experience in executive search, in-house talent acquisition, or consulting. Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
