Human Capital ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven P&O Business Partner with a passion for elevating organizational culture and strategy to the next level. The ideal candidate excels at collaborating with all levels of leadership and driving positive change. They should bring energy and levity to the office while maintaining high standards and achieving key P&O objectives. The role spans more than one area of functional specialization within P&O, such as Compensation & Benefits. ROLE PROFILE Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on people-related agendas and engagement initiatives. P&O Operations: Manage processes, programs, and policies including onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and top talent development in collaboration with P&O COE. Foster cultural discipline to ensure alignment with organizational values. P&O Data Management: Oversee HRIS data entry, audits, and updates to ensure compliance with policies and legal standards. P&O Data Analytics and Insights: Analyze data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Performance Management and Talent Development: Oversee performance and talent development processes, analyze data to inform policies, and monitor standards. Annual Pay and Benefits Review: Manage the annual review and bonus cycle, provide payroll and market pay analyses, and assist in communication and decision-making tools. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, support managers in fostering engagement based on organizational values, and coach managers on employee matters. Talent Acquisition: Oversee talent acquisition practices in collaboration with TA COE/GS teams for both FTEs and contractors. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field; HR certifications are a plus. 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Problem-solving skills with troubleshooting expertise. Effective communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Experience in a multinational environment is preferred. Ability to manage complex and high-volume information effectively.
