We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate for the position of Inside Sales Specialist who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As an inside sales specialist, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating leads/interest, and qualifying prospects for closing sales. This position requires the candidate to generate leads through telecalling or cold calling, manage leads, and follow up with customers and the internal sales team. Responsibilities include managing calling data & leads in CRM, updating CRM records, and assigning leads to the designated Sales Account Manager. You will also prepare marketing reports based on CRM updates, coordinate email and marketing campaigns, and manage vendor relations. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be willing to work under pressure, and be ready to accept challenges. A graduate degree in any specialization with good sales and marketing skills is required. Experience in software sales and working with CRM or related ERP systems is an added advantage. The role involves working for the UAE market, specifically in Dubai.
