JOB PURPOSE The F&B Retail Lead is responsible for supporting, coordinating and implementing retail strategies for value creation through the effective management of revenue channels, inventory optimization, demand planning and supply chain management. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with retail teams to ensure successful implementation of retail strategies aligned with brand objectives. Prepare demand forecasts and order plans for the region, optimize inventory levels, implement stock depletion plans, and manage inventory in-store and in warehouses to ensure product availability and minimize costs. Support market intelligence by identifying trends, maintaining competitor knowledge, producing market studies, and supporting business growth across in-store, online, and B2B revenue channels. Manage visual merchandising displays, ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, stock availability, and expiry management in stores. Compile and submit financial and non-financial brand performance reports related to assigned markets to brand managers. Coordinate with host brand distribution teams, logistics, warehousing, third-party agents, and local teams to ensure timely order arrival, clearance, and compliance with market-specific requirements. Maintain relationships with key suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth operations, identify new products, and coordinate logistics to meet market demands. Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic, or French, or Italian is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. EXPERIENCE General Experience Six to eight years of experience in Retail Operations, or a similar role. Managerial Experience Three years of experience in a managerial role.
