Lead Procurement Specialist

As the Lead Procurement Specialist, you’ll take ownership of procurement across key spend categories. You’ll be the go-to person for sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, and ensuring we get the best value without slowing down innovation. You’ll work closely with teams across tech, operations, legal, and marketing to support both local and global procurement needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple spend areas. Own vendor selection, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management. Drive procurement process improvements and implement best practices across the organization. Partner with Legal and Finance on contract reviews and compliance. Analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights on cost, risk, and efficiency. Ensure alignment with internal controls, budget, and regulatory standards. Support cross-functional teams in procurement planning and project execution. What We're Looking For 5+ years in procurement or sourcing, ideally in fintech, tech, or a fast-growing industry. Strong experience with vendor negotiations, contract management, and sourcing strategy. Hands-on experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones and cultures. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus). Why Join Us?
