What's the Role? We’re looking for a sales representative to join our sales team. This is no ordinary sales job - ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture. What does the role involve? As an Account Manager, you’ll visit our customers wherever they’re busy working to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites, in offices, or warehouses. Our model is based on professional, consultative selling, and it’s a hands-on job. It involves demonstrating some of the most pioneering products in the industry, selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Instead of traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. What you need is: Proficient in English and Arabic (Arabic is a must for this role) Bachelor’s degree; an Engineering degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience Experience in the building construction or a similar industry Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Persuasive, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi Why should you apply?
