Telemarketing Representative

HERE PROPERTIES LLC is a real estate company looking for a telemarketing representative who can join us immediately. Duties & Responsibilities: Looking for an experienced Telesales Representative who is confident and well-spoken for a Real Estate Company in Dubai. Effectively manage and handle the pre-sale activities. Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls on our existing client database. Arrange meetings of the agent with clients. Interact with prospective clients (individuals, investors, retailers, and property dealers) to keep them updated with the latest developments and offerings. Keep accurate records of conversations for feedback to our clients. Candidate Requirements: Real estate background preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Russian (additional language is a plus). Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Good sales ability. Working knowledge of relevant topics. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it. Prior experience as a tele caller or in a similar role.
