They are looking to hire a Quantitative Researcher to work closely with a senior PM/CIO, a hands-on quant with a strong fund background and deep experience applying ML to systematic investment strategies. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre team with significant responsibility and exposure across the investment process. Key Responsibilities: Work with market, fundamental, and alternative datasets to derive insights Design, test, and implement research models and trading signals Collaborate across research, investment, and technology functions Support portfolio construction and systematic manager selection Monitor strategy performance, risk, and model robustness Required Qualifications: Strong quantitative and analytical skill set Proficiency in Python and SQL, including data processing libraries (pandas, Num Py) Familiarity with ML frameworks and statistical analysis tools Knowledge of financial data sources, APIs, and modelling techniques Understanding of financial markets, risk monitoring, and investment strategy development Location: UAE - relocation support provided This role is ideal for someone with intellectual curiosity, technical strength, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
