IT Manager

Job description We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead internal infrastructure, security, and operations across a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves setting strategy, managing vendors and technical teams, and ensuring smooth, secure day-to-day operations. You ll also need to be hands-on when required.Key Responsibilities•Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, operations, and helpdesk•Lead IT projects aligned with business goals, both on-prem and in the cloud•Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans•Manage vendor relationships and service agreements•Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, and ensure compliance•Provide L3 support and helpdesk escalation when needed What We re Looking For•5+ years managing IT infrastructure, operations, and helpdesk teams•Strong experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtual environments•Expert in Active Directory, Group Policy, and systems administration•Familiar with database management, cybersecurity, and application support•Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams•Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
