This position involves providing administrative support to a department handling a wide portfolio of key clients in the UAE, ensuring smooth operations. The role requires supporting Directors, Managers, and the department with their administrative needs. Job Responsibilities Job Code Management: Processing job opening codes, reviewing related documents (JIM, Approvals, Risk Conflict, etc.), generating and amending JSRs. Billing and Invoicing: Assisting with processing departmental, inter-firm, subcontractor, client, and supplier invoices; ensuring timely billing. Financial Support: Supporting FP&A in preparing reports on WIP Debtors, following up on ageing WIP and Debtors with managers, and client follow-up on invoices. Risk Management: Supporting the risk team with daily tasks and opportunity management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within the UAE and in financial services. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent document management, analytical, and reporting skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Language Skills Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening). Personal Attributes Honest, trustworthy, proactive, able to multitask, communicate effectively, work independently, and provide excellent customer service.
