OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Social Media Manager, Middle East (situated in the Dubai office) to contribute to the development and execution of a best-in-class social strategy for Shark Ninja EMEA. You will ensure our brand vision and stories reach our target customers, strengthening our brand identity. You will be responsible for audience and engagement growth across all channels, ultimately increasing our brand awareness and traffic. We are looking for a visionary, someone who understands how to connect with our audience and ideating new ways of communicating the many aspects of the Shark Ninja story. It is essential that you are passionate about storytelling and visuals and truly driven to own and build the brand. You are a digital native with an intuitive understanding of how users interact in a digital environment. You will be a part of a growing team and will be willing to share your expertise and multitask with a collaborative nature. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver a social content plan that will enable Shark Ninja EMEA to bring key product and brand messaging to life in a way that feels authentic Daily management of all channel operations including daily publishing and posting of content across all platforms and engaging with our social community Deliver Shark Ninja EMEA’s social media strategy, driving social media follower growth with a content pipeline that is aligned to our target customer Own the look and feel of our social channels, aligning with brand creative vision in aesthetic, copy, tone of voice and relevancy Bring in cultural relevancy of the Middle East market ensuring the global strategy is articulated locally and speaks to local audiences. Collaborate with the creative team, playing a key part in delivering excellent 360 brand campaigns across product launches, collaborations, and special projects Work closely with online trading and digital marketing providing support on creative paid formats and media plans Drive all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer engagement and customer service experience. Monitor the social channels and work closely with customer service to effectively manage community engagement Develop new relationships and manage ongoing partnerships with influencers and ambassadors Work closely with agency partners aiding with briefing and project management. Help to develop content through internal resource management, and low-level content creation from ideation, through to production and delivery. Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting on social media metrics, engagement, and recommendations to optimize our social presence using relevant analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others Report on social trends, leading development of new and exciting social marketing initiatives and tools for the business Campaign Development & Execution Plan and execute integrated social campaigns that spotlight products’ key features, benefits, and innovations. Tailor global brand initiatives for local relevance in the Gulf region, ensuring cultural resonance and platform fit. Brief and manage campaign content production in collaboration with creative, PR, and media teams. Influencer Marketing & Content Partnerships Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and creators across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and Snapchat in the UAE and KSA. Create strong campaign briefs focused on clear product messaging and feature highlights. Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring brand tone, messaging consistency, and alignment with regional preferences. Measurement & Optimization Track campaign performance and KPIs in real-time, adjusting tactics as needed to improve reach and effectiveness. Analyze post-campaign performance and generate actionable insights for future campaigns. Share reports and key learnings with global and regional stakeholders. Experience, Qualification and Skills: 7+ years of experience in social media strategy, campaign leadership, or influencer marketing—preferably within consumer brands or fast-paced digital environments. Deep understanding of the UAE and KSA digital ecosystems, with proven success in driving localized campaigns that resonate culturally. Strong background in managing creators, producing engaging short-form content, and driving social performance across key platforms. Data-driven mindset with experience in social reporting, insights generation, and performance optimization. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills; ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Fluency in Arabic and English; cultural sensitivity and market fluency are critical.
