Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Review and update risk management policies and procedures Support the head of risk in developing the risk and control matrix Prepare incident reports (example: EPOS is down) including a detailed description of the incident, root cause, responsible parties, the impact, and the treatment plan Assist the head of risk in preparing risk management training and awareness sessions Assist in providing the needed information to SAMA through the compliance team Review and update business continuity management policies and procedures Assist the head of risk in preparing business continuity training and awareness sessions Assist in conducting business continuity and disaster recovery tests Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred – others are acceptable 0 to 1 years of general experience – Risk management is a plus Problem Solving Leadership Interpersonal Skills Other job specific core skills (Head- Hand – Heart) Critical thinking Proactivity Our values guide how we think and act - They describe what we care about the most C ustomer first - It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approach O pen - Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolve R eal - No jargon and no excuses!
