HR Manager - Emiratisation
Description
A newly established project company in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team. HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships. HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in HR management. Preference for candidates with experience in setting up an HR function from scratch. Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
