As we expand, we are looking for a highly experienced and organized Administration & Finance Executive to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in Ras Al Khaimah. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration & Coordination Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence Act as the primary point of contact between departments and management Bookkeeping & Financial Support Maintain accurate financial records and handle bookkeeping duties Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payments Work closely with finance to support reporting and audits Legal & Regulatory Paperwork Ensure company documents, licenses, and records are kept up to date Coordinate renewals, submissions, and filings with UAE authorities Liaise with PROs, legal advisors, and external partners when needed Departmental Liaison Communicate efficiently with different departments to ensure smooth operations Follow up on task completion, document submission, and deadlines Desired Candidate Profile Requirements : Gender Requirement: Female only (due to internal team dynamics and role responsibilities) Residency: Must be currently based in the UAE Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Finance & Administration, Executive Assistant, or Secretary role Proven experience with bookkeeping and handling invoices Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus Must be able to commute to Ras Al Khaimah as required for the hybrid role High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability IMPORTANT Notice Please do not apply if you do not meet all the following criteria: Currently residing in the UAE At least 10 years of relevant experience - (Age 35 - 55) Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Travel Tourism Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Budget Management Finance And Administration Specialist Administrative Finance Officer Office Administration Data Analysis Regulatory Compliance Payroll Processing Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
