The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of hospitality services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations with clients. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Manage guest inquiries and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and guest experiences . Track sales performance , generate reports, and provide insights for business growth. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Requirements: 3 years of experience in hospitality sales, catering, or reservations. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hotel booking systems, and event planning. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience with event sales and group reservations in hotels or restaurants. Familiarity with UAE hospitality industry standards and client preferences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
