Senior Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating talent acquisition activities in the UAE region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE job market, especially within Civil/Construction, infrastructure, and real estate industries. Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. Team Management: Provide regular updates to the Manager – Talent Acquisition on recruitment status. Coordinate with TA & HR-Op local teams. Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and business partners. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth process. Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Negotiate offers and persuade candidates to join. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with branch heads and stakeholders to understand talent needs. Ensure smooth onboarding processes. Administrative Reporting: Provide updates and reports on open positions and candidate pipelines. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline preferred. 5-7 years of experience in Civil & Construction recruitment within the UAE market. Experience in Civil, Construction, and infrastructure industries is preferred. Excellent English skills; Arabic speaking is desirable. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
