Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients needs, abilities, and goals for rehabilitation. Develop personalized rehabilitation plans, outlining specific treatments and interventions. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to align strategies and treatments. Monitor clients progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as necessary to maximize outcomes. Provide education to clients and their families about rehabilitation processes and goals. Document all client interactions and progress in compliance with health standards. Advocate for clients to ensure they receive necessary resources and support services. Facilitate communication between clients and their insurance providers regarding coverage. Stay informed about the latest advancements in rehabilitation techniques and therapies. Participate in continuous professional development and training activities as required. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or a similar discipline. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation processes, therapies, and best practices. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and health professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate client documentation and records.
