Description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, demonstrate excellent leadership and sales abilities, and be committed to hitting both personal and team-wide targets. • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Develop sales strategies and training programs to onboard new agents and improve team performance. • Monitor and enforce performance KPIs, client follow-ups, and CRM usage. • Oversee lead distribution and ensure prompt and professional handling of all leads. • Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and pricing changes across key Dubai communities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and high-value clients. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. • Represent Viola Real Estate at developer events, property exhibitions, and client meetings as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
