1. Should be available at site 9.00am - 5.00pm. 2. Maintain the MEP equipment as per manufacturer guidelines with the help of supplier/contractors. 3. Carry out corrective, preventive and break down maintenance effectively and associate with the Supplier/contractor if required. 4. Maintain the Swimming pool as per DM standard including PH and Chlorine with the help of sub-contractor. 5. Maintain the landscape with the help of subcontractor and all fountains as per standard. 6. Monitor the sub-contractors activity and make sure the maintenance occurring effectively and timely. 7. Make sure the energy saving activities effectively. 8. Maintain all plant room clean and tidy. 9. Maintain the sophisticated systems such as Dimmer and security system as per standard with the help of subcontractor. 10. Maintain the common areas clean and tidy.
