Description
Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Website Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. Coordinate product uploads, updates, and promotions to optimize product visibility and drive sales. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and visuals. Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve website usability, navigation, and overall customer journey. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics. Job Type: Full-time Location Requirement: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai (Preferred). Must have knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery in the construction industry.
