Paid Media Specialist

We are immediately looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team at YAZ Media. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to ensure maximum ROI for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, content, and account management teams to drive performance and deliver impactful results. Responsibilities and Duties Develop, implement, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Multilingual should be fluent in Arabic & English both. Conduct in-depth performance analysis of campaigns to ensure optimal results and ROI. Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure campaign assets align with strategic goals. Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Communicate effectively with clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in campaign management and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Excellent understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and client management skills.
